do all schools have to tell the students about sex and puberty?

do all the schools need to bring in a person who talks about puberty and sex and stuff?

not all the schools, mainly high schools and some middle schools. And it depends on the School District, they make up dress code, what the children need to learn and all that.
The point of Sex Ed is to make sure all the students know about it. Some parents might not want them to know or it may be embarrasing to talk about.(it was embarrasing in my house, im a reader so my mom just got me a book i read in my free time) The school district has its crappy reasons, but they're pretty much in charge, which most people hate.
