How to handle roomBoarder having super LOUD sex with GF ?

I rented a room in my house to a guy who came with impeccable references from a private school around th ecorner from my house.
he has worked there five years and every one sai dhe is quiet and respectful.
He knew Im selling my house and didnt midn he may have to leave if it sells.
Well Im female and didnt have aproblem with having guy roomie.
but now he keep sbringing over his gf all the time and having super loud sex,.
MY NEIGHBORS complained.
I was so embarrased.
Now Im sitting downstairs and he knows IM trying to get work done.
He and his gf are upstairs yelling do it to me now harer oh oh....
My other roomie is a girl and she just said she feel sweird listening to their moaning....

How should I handle this ???

I have mentioned it to him beofre and thought he would be embarassed enough to keep it down or go to hif gf's apartment.
Now Im also sitting here grossed out. Just th ethought of my oh so not attractive buggy eyed roomie doing the nasty makes my skin crawl.
Ugh.
